I am a professional dog groomer with a Level 3 OCN London accredited qualification. I have also been trained in using the Emmi-pet teeth cleaning system. I have a grooming salon at my house to offer one on one dog grooming in a quiet, relaxed environment.
There is a range of different Grooming services that I offer if you are unsure what category your dog would be in then please contact me. These prices are a starting price and may increase depending on your dogs behaviour, the quality of their coat or if there is any matting as I will have to take extra time in washing and styling your dog.
Full Groom long haired dogs-It includes a brush, wash, blow dry, clip or de-shed and outline trim (to suit your requirements and your dogs coat type), nail trim, ear clean and a sanitary trim finishing with a spritz of finishing spray to leave your dog smelling lovely and fresh.
Cost- Small breeds from £44, Medium breeds from £48, Large breeds from £53, Extra Large breeds from £60
Full Groom short haired dogs– (like Labradors, Frenchie’s, Pugs, Whippets) this groom involves a de-shedding brush, wash blow dry, nail trim, ear clean, and some finishing spray
Cost- Small breeds from £34, Medium breeds from £38, Large breeds from £43, Extra Large breeds from £50
Wash and blow dry- this is a shorter service and you dog will just get a wash and a blow dry followed by a quick spritz or finishing spray. Can also be done a just a wash and quick towel so the dog goes home to dry, for those with no washing facilities at home.
Cost- wash and blow dry £20, just a wash £12 (depending on availability)
Half groom– if you have a really fluffy dog who you like to keep tidier they can come in for a half groom. they will have a brush, wash, blow dry, outline and sanitary trim. Depending on their coat growth they may need a light clip as well. This is done in between their main groom every 4 weeks.
Cost – £30
Hand strip- some breeds require hand stripping this groom will include, a hand strip, nail trim, ear clean, sanitary trim and some finishing spray. I do not wash a wirehaired coat as it removes the natural oils from their coat and makes hand stripping harder.
Cost- Small breeds from £50, Medium dogs from £60, large dogs from £70, Extra Large breeds from £80
If your dog takes a long time to hand strip then the price will increase.
Puppy visit– this is for puppies under 6 months of age to introduce them to the salon environment and to get them used to me and all the equipment. Your puppy would visit for about 45mins-1hr, and have a brush, nail trim, wash, blow dry and face trim (if needed). I would go along with what your puppy is comfortable with to build their confidence in the grooming environment.
Cost- £30-35 depending on the size of your puppy
I may also recommend sessions like this if your dog is a rescue or anxious as shorter sessions will be more beneficial to them. But the cost may vary depending on the need of the dog.
Nail trim– when your dog comes in for a groom a nail trim is included in the cost of a groom. If you want to bring your dog in just to have their nails trimmed you can.
Cost- £10
Teeth clean– intensive course of 10 sessions £250 I would have to check the build up on the dogs teeth first to see if this course would aid their tooth health. For a maintenance clean it would be £10 on top of the groom price. This includes the cost of your dogs toothbrush head.
